Specific Job Responsibilities Include

• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing logistical and operational tasks critical to ensuring the quality output of the Marketing team. This will include, but not be limited to:
• Agency / vendor management: Assisting with / project managing vendor and agency partners. Would include attending update meetings, keeping an active list of open projects and deliverables, opening purchase orders, routing invoices for payment.
• Budgeting / Expenses: Assist team with budget management or summarizing expenses incurred through major events or campaigns.
• Marcoms / Doc Control processes: Assist with prepping and routing marketing materials and collateral through our document control process. Help execute updates of key materials to our sales enablement portals and our web page.
• Conference planning / event planning: Assist with a wide range of tactics and logistics of event planning for medical conferences and other key events
• Tactical details related to marketing campaign deployment*: Helping to coordinate and transfer assets between the marketing team and external partners for the purpose of marketing campaigns (PR campaigns, digital, social media, etc.). May also include support for in-house run digital marketing campaigns.

About You
You are a professional Project Coordinator with a BA or BS and 3-5 years’ experience in a key support function for high-performing marketing teams. Experience with marketing teams that rely heavily on digital channels for campaign execution is strongly favored.
Special Skills: We have a preference for candidates who have supported digital marketing organizations before and have some experience with the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Project management skills including but limited to attention to detail, communication, organization, collaboration
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience in the health care / regulated health care space
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

Desired Behaviors / Attitudes: Someone who is a team player. Who enjoys challenges, loves to learn, and moves fast. Humble and collaborative. This role will report directly to the Sr Project Manager but will also need to collaborate or take direction from the marketing leadership or senior marketing managers. Must be a “people person” who enjoys collaboration and yet who is also highly motivated and a self-starter. Bonus points if this individual has worked in health care or has a passion for patient care and wanting to be part of a team disrupting the status quo.
