Job Description

Job Purpose


The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Operations team to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With efficient organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will a) organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success, b) work with the team lead to develop, drive, and implement project goals, c) manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for projects, d) track and ensure project accomplishments, e) establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.

Responsibilities


  1. Follow through the new product development process by setting product launch goals, conducting weekly meetings with R&D team to monitor the real-time development progress, arranging, implementing and monitoring the new product test and approval, evaluating and delivering the test result to the engineering team, ultimately guiding the new product launch successfully.
  2. Collect and analyze the emerging product trends reported by sales team, discuss with product manager and CEO about the new product concept development based on the trend analysis, and share with sales team the company’s assessment result.
  3. Organize and conduct educational product training for sales teams to help them build product knowledge, from setting up the meeting, creating product training presentations, to providing on-site or virtual product educations.
  4. Coordinate the R&D team and marketing team to jointly develop the product advertising and promotional materials, and responsible for maintaining the materials in the system: product catalogues, product user manuals, product die lines, product filling instructions, product introduction sheet, product certifications.
  5. Assist researching and developing new packaging solutions as needed.
  6. Support coordinating the company's new business development as needed.
  7. Perform other duties that may be assigned.
  8. Constantly seek advice and directions from the upper management yet work on your own independently and effectively in the absence of the upper management.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
  2. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience of at least one of these fields in an office environment: business administration, project management, marketing coordination, executive assistant, by working with Senior Level Support Staff.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communicative skills.
  5. A multi-task master being able to effectively understand the key objectives and expectations, identify priorities and manage constant interruptions in a fast-paced working environment.
  6. Strong initiative to execute and follow through the projects with little to no procrastination to meet the preset deadlines until the expected result is delivered.
  7. Highly organized, self-disciplined, self-motivated, attention to detail, result-driven
  8. Ability to evaluate the nature and condition of projects and make meaningful suggestions to upper management on the best practices and strategies to apply in project execution.
  9. Strong proficiency in computer software utilization (Microsoft Office suite).
  10. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin Chinese is a must.
  11. Ability to manage time working with overseas teams as needed.
