Job Description
LINQM is adding a project coordinator to the team.


Responsibilities


  • Keeping the team, SharePoint, OneNote, and tracking logs organized.
  • Ensure proper hand-off from scoping to design to construction.
  • Improve on data tracking tools and organization.
  • Construction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents stamping and coordination.
  • Project Close-Out tasks include dead filing and punch list tracking.
  • Organize large scale meetings and ensure team preparedness.
  • Design change management coordination.


Requirements


  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Aconex, PlanGrid, and MS Project strongly preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Construction management preferred) or equivalent of relevant experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firm.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to handle and manage frequent changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive, motivated self-starter.
  • Proficiency with conferencing systems.
