We're currently looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our comprehensive digital content production schedule. In this role, you'll work closely with our project management team, coordinating various tasks related to the production of video and image ads and the optimization of landing pages. Your role will be critical in ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in SOP Development: You'll assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline our operations and ensure consistent team output.
• Supporting Project Management: You'll assist in coordinating all stages of the digital content creation process, from conceptualization to completion. This includes video and image ads as well as landing page optimization.
• Coordinating Across Time Zones: With team members across various time zones, including Asia, South America, and Europe, you'll help to ensure all project-related communications are effectively managed and that project deadlines are met.
• Contributing to Workflow Improvement: As part of your role, you'll support the continual enhancement of our operational procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilizing Project Management Tools: You'll use JIRA, our project management tool, to support the organization and tracking of all ongoing projects.
• Reporting: You'll support regular project status reporting to the team and leadership, helping to identify any potential risks or delays and suggesting solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a project coordination role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Experience with project management software, particularly JIRA.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of DTC e-commerce and social media advertising is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in a diverse team environment.
