Impec Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Coordinator at our client site in Newark, CA. This role is essential and requires onsite presence. Pay Range $45-55/hr.

Position Part-Time Project Coordinator

Schedule 4hrs/day, 5 days/week

Primary Function Of Position

As a Part-Time Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within established deadlines

Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster effective communication between team members, ensuring information flow and addressing any potential roadblocks
• Facilitate regular project team meetings and provide updates on project status and progress
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internal and external

Resource Management:

• Assist in identifying resource requirements for projects and work with managers to allocate resources effectively
• Monitor resource utilization and suggest adjustments as needed to maintain project efficiency

Risk Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implement contingency measures
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for management review
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes
• Conduct quality checks and validations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
