Project Coordinator I (Contingent)

Department Overview:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of key initiatives. Oversees all aspects of projects. Assigns responsibilities, coordinates meetings and follow-

ups, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports and updates stakeholders on status of projects. May require an Associate’s Degree

and experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of cloud concepts. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and

accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

A successful candidate must demonstrate stakeholder management skills, can look around corners, has the ability to map out plans, possesses strong verbal

and written communication, and a passion for process improvement. The candidate must demonstrate a bias for action, be solutions-oriented, and

comfortable with ambiguity.

Will be working on blogs on the site.

Familiarity Copy editing or writing skills needed

Required Skills:

1-2 years experience:

• Associate’s Degree – any degree works (marketing or business preferred)
• Agile Project Management
• Collaboration Skills
• Copyediting
• Communication - Written and Verbal, Organizational
• Experience working with high-volume processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – basic excel skills, Outlook and MS word, PowerPoint would be plus.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong org
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
