Project Coordinator (Heavy Industries)

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Heavy Industries Group based at our Canton, Ohio Office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist accounting in working with the sites to obtain time and other expenses for entry into the ERP
• Assist in assembling project closeout documents.
• Assist the Senior Buyer with Purchase orders and subcontracts in obtaining quotation, processing vendor pre-qualifications and credit applications.
• Work with Project Controls Manager to support job setup and job close outs.
• Assist project directors with other miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

• Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, plus one year of work experience required in accounting/administrative support in the construction industry.
