Project Coordinator, Dispensing R&D (Remote)

The BD Dispensing R&D organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist our project managers and other leaders in organizing our ongoing projects. This role includes monitoring project plans and schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time.
This role provides the flexibility to be remote in the US.
Responsibilities

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Determining project changes.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Identify and communicate project risks and issues and provide mitigations, where applicable.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications And Experience

• 3+ years experience working with Lean/Agile software development teams, preferably in a regulated field.
• Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business preferred

• Strong questioning & problem-solving skills.
• Strong listening and assessment skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus, influencing, and team building.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented and able to organize large amounts of work and data.This includes the need for good documentation practices.
