L&D Program Manager

Job Title: Learning & Development Program Manager

Pay Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr, based on relevant experience

Duration: 3 - month W2 contract with potential to extend or convert

Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 40 hrs/week

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Learning & Development Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our program management and operations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful design, delivery, and analysis of key programs and offerings in development. This remote position offers the flexibility to be located in any time zone. There is also a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Program Management:

• Design and construct operational plans that underpin the execution of critical programs.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Senior Manager of Manager Experience to provide regular updates on program progress.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing the integration of the Learning Management System (LMS), application structure, delivery cadence, and analysis schedule.

Program Operations:

• Ensure efficient utilization of the LMS, manage survey timelines, oversee application workstream, and provide support for data collection and analysis.
• Work in conjunction with the Senior Manager of Manager Development to establish end-to-end operations for programs, spanning from program announcement to post-program analysis.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to gather and incorporate updated content and resources into Program Management and/or Program Operations.

You will be at the forefront of program management and operations, liaising with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our Learning & Development initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our programs and their impact on employee growth and development.
