Description

Controller for our top subcontractor client. We work right with hiring manager. This position will support CEO/CFO for our top client. Top company that is stable and been around a very long time.

Responsibilities Of Construction Project Accountant/Senior Project Accountant

• Coordinate with senior finance staff to enhance opportunities for project accounting team professional development.
• Participate in the development and implementation of changes to key processing systems.
• The person would need to handle multiple projects; a short job description is as follows
• Maintains project/job information
• Provide quality control review of invoices for adherence to client requirements.
• Provide support as needed for annual audits and tax filings.
• Resolve complex billing issues.
• Supports the monthly close process.
• Review the set-up of new projects and modifications.

Experience Of Construction Project Accountant/senior Construction Project Accountant

• Advanced skill level using Excel and proficient in all other Microsoft products.
• Project accounting in construction, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Individual Contributor role with some ap/ar oversight etc
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or a related field) preferred.
• Procore, Sage 300 a most
• 2-5 years of construction accounting or more
