WestLand has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controller to join our rapidly growing team. WestLand's flexible work environment means that the successful candidate may be based in either our Tucson or Phoenix offices. The Project Controller will work with Project Managers on budgets, billings, and financial reporting.

What will I be doing?

• Helping to ensure that project activities follow Company policy, accounting principles, and contractual obligations.
• Generating project specific monitoring reports.
• Monitoring project expenditures and budget variances then communicating potential issues.
• Creating, tracking, and processing project-related invoices.
• Assisting Project Teams with project planning, execution, and closeout.

What qualifications are required for this role?

• CPA or CMA considered an assert.
• Demonstrated skills in Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Four (4) or more years of project or accounting related experience required, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Effective communication skills (written and oral).
• Customer service mindset.
• Experience with Deltek (Vantagepoint or Vision) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required. Additional years of experience may substitute for education requirements.
