Job Description
The Project Assistant provides general administrative support to assigned managers and/or teams. Assists with team projects as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist with preparation of deliverables for client deliveries by preparing and shipping project and method materials; coordinating the cleaning of any wearable items as needed
  • Gather, enter and or/update data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the team and provide reports
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems such as data management and hygiene and inputting and tracking KPI’s
  • Capturing projected and actual time into a project management system according to project plans as well as updating these to ensure the system is up to date
  • Be the point person when working with Faculty, resolving inquiries, assisting with Faculty Work Orders and invoicing
  • Draft or prepare responses to routine inquires; prepare photocopies and facsimiles for Client Facing Team
  • Maintain project items, stock levels and tracking materials
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
