Job Description

Project Assistant

Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, team player to work directly for our Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). The Project Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the execution of projects in consultation with the COO. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills. This role requires someone that is a self-starter who can handle a fast-paced job, multi-task, be organized and meet deadlines.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO with projects providing administrative support as needed
  • Conduct research and provide relevant information and analysis as required
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Project management


Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge related to the mortgage industry, real estate or finance is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Tech and social media savvy are a plus
  • Professional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; in lieu of degree, demonstrated experience in a business environment
  • Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
