Harris Health System is looking for an experienced Program Specialist focusing on Grants and Contracts for our Ambulatory Clinics

About The Position

The Grants & Contracts Program Specialist at Harris Health will join the Executive Administration team with responsibility for all program grants/contracts operations and management. This will involve drafting, monitoring, planning, coordinating, and submittals of required reports as well as grants and contracts relevant to the program. You will provide guidance and support to the Business Operations Manager as you promote effective grant and contract management. In this role, you will also need to prepare grant/contract reconciliations and activity reports.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience may substitute a degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business
• 3 years of experience in writing and/or managing grants and contracts
• Master's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, or Business preferred
• 3 years of experience performing grants-related activities
