Medical Device Manufacturing Client is looking for a Grants and Donations Coordinator in Carrollton, TX!

Description/Comment:

The grants and donations coordinator is responsible for coordination of requests from internal and external partners. They will partner with the T&E grants and donations committee (legal and compliance) to secure approval of exhibits, sponsorships, grants and charitable donations. The specialist will manage weekly meetings with the committee to ensure that all requests are reviewed in a timely manner, and is responsible for all compliance requirements and necessary paperwork is completed.

Additional Job Details:

* Prefer 2-3 years of experience in compliance arena

* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated organizational and planning skills

* Demonstrated sense of urgency and action orientation

* Demonstrated ability to operate with a high-level of independence in a fast-paced and complex program environment
