Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a new Program Coordinator to join the team! In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Train customers on products
  • Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Excel to complete tasks
  • Execute website changes according to customer requests
  • Increase customer satisfaction by answering any questions or concerns they may have regarding their order
  • Conduct analysis on current inventory on behalf of the customer
  • Update customer websites with new products and inventory
  • Provide product suggestions to existing customers

You Must Have:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient computer/technological skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
We Also Prefer:
  • Experience working in the promotional product industry
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Previous experience using Salesforce
