Responsibilities include, conducting outreach to the IACs, reviewing project performance and financial reports, collection of program metrics, develop project briefings, provide meeting support, and other activities. The Program Analyst will assist with program and project oversight and provide administrative support. The position will also support the process for executing Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), selection efforts, and award processes specific to IACs. The Program Analyst will prepare documentation required for Funding Opportunity Announcements for financial assistance awards (grants and cooperative agreements). The Program Analyst will support administration of agreements during the pre-award, active, closeout and auditing stages and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Work closely with federal Program Managers and Project Directors throughout the award process.
