Manager or Assistant Manager of Energy Assistance Program
$101,476.00 to 142,067.00 Annually

The selected candidate will be placed in the appropriate level base of qualifications and experience.
Basic Responsibilities
Provides program and budget management, regulatory compliance oversight, and roadmap development for the District’s Energy Assistance program portfolio. Works with program teams and cross functional teams to develop socioeconomic considerations across program portfolio while balancing cost effective investment in energy assistance. Ensure the District’s compliance with Clean Energy Transformation Act, Energy Assistance obligations, and supports other energy services accountabilities and regulatory obligations. Develops and maintains strong stakeholder community partnerships, prioritizes the customer experience, and acts as a liaison for District departments as it relates to subject matter expertise in utility assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
Assistant Energy Assistance Program Manager $113,653 to $142,067 annually
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering or related field OR the equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
· Two (2) years progressively more responsible directly related experience or program management experience.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Architecture, Engineering or related field OR the equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
· Five (5) years progressively more responsible directly related experience with two (2) of those years managing moderately complex projects or programs.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in or with an electric utility.
· Project Management Certification
