Job Description
ASRC Federal Broadleaf, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Tampa, FL.
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • The Program Analyst (PA) position will be based out of MacDill AFB, FL. We are looking for applicants who want to be a member of the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Headquarters Team. If you are a strong communicator, fast learner, and thrive in a dynamic environment this is the job for you. Applicants should be skilled in organizing, tracking, scheduling, and maintaining records and programs to support the J6 BAO. This is a demanding position that requires flexibility and change management skills to work as part of a team or independently on daily tasks and various programs.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Assist in monitor Defense Travel System (DTS) and paper orders status, conducts analysis to identify aged or problem documents and assist employees in clearing them.
  • Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the J6 BAO.
  • Organizes meetings and events, virtual or otherwise, and assists in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes, as requested.
  • Collaborates with Travel Coordinator in travel preparations
  • Assist the J6 BAO and Staff in the administration efforts.
  • Processes incoming mail and organizes, routes, and distributes appropriately.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate, innovative, work in a team and provide customer service.
  • Quickly learn and integrate into the USSOCOM corporate culture.
  • Processes all travel and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
  • Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
  • Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing each department’s performance achievements against the standards.
  • Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.
  • Open issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.
  • Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the J6 BAO and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Five (5) years of related experience
  • Motivated interest in managing programs, schedule implementation, and tracking timelines.
  • Experience in use of portals for document management.
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Must be able to obtain an interim Top Secret
EDUCATION:
  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred), currently working on appropriate degree requirements in an accredited college or university will also be considered.
