  • Accurately classify and schedule non-revenue Professional Development sessions in order to convey correct and comprehensive data to leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of scheduling and delivery of services in an assigned region with a focus on increasing Professional Development profit margin in collaboration with regional management.
  • Review and manage incoming regional training requests on NetSuite Dashboard in a timely manner to include communication with customers of site readiness and preparation requirements, coordination and clarification of logistical details, securing coverage when assigned PDS cannot facilitate, confirmation of purchased services and provisioning, and providing confirmation of session to both external and internal partners while also monitoring travel costs and consultant’s utilization.
