Do you want to work in Production? Do you enjoy setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation? Then read on!
We are currently seeking a Production Technician who will be responsible for monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs, dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation, layout plans, blueprints, or other drawings.
- Follows engineering drawings, work order information, manufacturing assembly procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
The required qualifications for the job include:
- High School/GED Equivalency
- 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing or Technical AA degree
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work overtime as needed
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
