Production Manager

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Production Manager, are to:

While the primary responsibilities for this role will be based at our Haleiwa site, you will have responsibilities at all 3 of our locations (Upper Kunia, Lower Kunia, and Haleiwa) on the island of Oahu.

• Perform daily operations as directed by site leadership;
• Position entails driving a company vehicle (pooled or assigned to the individual). This may include being required to drive greater than 5,000 business miles annually in a personal, pooled, or rented vehicle OR being expected to frequently drive a pooled car as part of your job duties – regardless of mileage.
• The Production Manager reports to the Production Lead and assists the Production Lead with all facets of field and plant production operations;
• Perform duties in a manner that support overall site Key Metrics to include Safety; Quality, TIP (total individual volume performance), TOP (total overall volume performance), and cost efficiency;
• Embrace an environment that promotes the building of good working relationships within the site;
• The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt quickly to changes in our business, courageously face new challenges and opportunities, and leverage the talents, skills and resources of team members and peers:
• Accountable for safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules while maintaining an efficient operation;
• Embrace and demonstrate a safety-first culture at all times;
• Lead the site technicians and actively participate as a member of the team that strives for safety product quality, and process optimization and is expected to get results through influencing others, personal proficiency and modeling company values;
• Participate as a member of the Site Leadership Team and will maintain a strong relationship with the team and other site and site support personnel to support operations at the site and resolve production challenges;

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability of working with people from various backgrounds and ability to foster and maintain relationships;
• Ability to critically think about the business.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License. In order to be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers MVR will be reviewed as part of pre-employment screening;
• Bachelor's degree;
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Agriculture;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencing, leading and/or developing people either as direct reports or in project-based environment.
• MBA or Master of Science Degree;
• Degree disciplines: Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing;
• 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or agriculture;

Domestic Relocation may be provided for this role.
