SummaryTo effectively support the accurate reporting of operational measures in the production and quality departmentResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Input all production-related data on a daily basis (i.e. syrup yield, concentrate, and raw material usage, finished good produced, waste) Reconcile any discrepancies from the expected standard output on a daily basis. Produce daily activity reports, with highlighted concerns or adjustments. Validate produced full-goods inventory as uploaded from production team. Verify raw material usage based upon standardized inputs from manufacturing system. Reconcile any raw material discrepancies on a daily basis. Assist with consistently achieving all line productivity objectives with no quality or production errors. Monitor yields and breakage, and take corrective action when necessary. Other duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a primary back-up for manufacturing scheduling, ingredients inventory, primary containers, and primary and secondary raw materials inventory. Act as the primary back-up for production and purchased inventory reconciliation. Act as a back-up to the Receiving Clerk. Assist with basic laboratory testing and recordkeeping as required. QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience: 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office products are highly preferred. Prior experience with business integration platforms is highly preferred.
