The Role


The Product Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing and prioritizing customer production allocation and sequencing into production. The role will require a strong awareness of the current state of all customer transactions globally.


The role has a global responsibility for overseeing production sequencing across several production facilities and product lines. Furthermore, this role will require strong relationships to ensure expectation alignment as it relates to customer orders.


Working with Production on changes to the schedule, ensuring all production information is available to produce high quality production.


Position Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:


  • Communication to stakeholders of the production sequence and any changes to the sequence to meet operational and customer demands.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to sequence customer production sequence.
  • Together with the Operations division the role is responsible for determining the customer production sequencing.
  • Owning and maintaining the Tritium Customer production sequencing process to ensure a smooth customer experience process
  • Working with the Sales, Customer Operations, Production, and Finance team to ensure clean ordering process delivered to production to minimise customer build errors and delays.
  • Developing the most effective way of sequencing customer builds of chargers and charging equipment to meet customer, operational and production.


Qualifications and Competencies


  • Understanding of the e-mobility and electric vehicle charging instructing preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer support, problem escalation and diagnosis.
  • Software expertise in Excel, Netsuite, and Salesforce
  • Minimum 10 years involvement in complex systems or technologies and a demonstrated understanding of complex systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience in a planning/scheduling role in manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, decision making ability and time management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, highly motivated and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay Scale Information

USD $100,000.00-$125,000.00 annually

*Exact pay will be based on experience level and education*
