POSITION TITLE: Scheduling Manager (Industrial Field Services)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Scheduling Manager is an essential hands-on and strategic manager with direct accountability to ensure optimal operations efficiency of dispatched industrial field services, including (crew and equipment) is achieved through cross-functional partnership, extensive customer relationship management, and team development/mentorship, with a commitment to cut costs, maximizing profit, and delegate responsibilities among employees to optimize efforts in a systematic and controlled operational system with safety as a top priority. A critical focus is achieving maximum scheduling capacity to meet or exceed customer production services needs are met each month, resulting in customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment with
- Retain scheduling staff and operation foremen.
- Ensure that the company has appropriate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors that minimize the company’s liability and exposure and are at the best possible price for the company.
- Oversee all office functions and personnel for operations and scheduling
- Manage yearly reviews for scheduling & operations team.
- Manage South Shore relationships & engagements with contractors.
- Supervise the physical inventory and control of assets to prevent from loss or theft.
- Collaborate with the owners to develop and implement plans that operationally support the infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to meet the growth objectives
- Maintain ownership of Service Auto Pilot usage & standard orders of procedure.
- Conduct quality assurance audits of facilities and work order procedures ensuring that company standards are maintained and service quality and safety guidelines are preserved.
- Provide administrative oversight for inventory & equipment management.
- Develop and Maintain a Controlled System through working processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analysis, judgment and decision-making skills
- Previous industry experience industrial or commercial services of at least 5 years - with dispatch for field employees "crew", equipment allocation, safety, management of a direct report staff (team of schedulers)
- Trustworthy and works well in a team environment
- Ability to fluently read and write Spanish
- College degree or five or more years related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available {annual} pay scale for this position is: $75k-$100k + annually additional target bonus is available with a long-term incentives program in development. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
