We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Partnerships Manager to join our team and accelerate innovation and growth across our products through partnerships.


As a Product Partnerships Manager at Gravyty, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, , and managing partnerships that enrich our products and strengthen our go-to-market motions. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams, like our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams, to develop and execute a high-impact product partnerships strategy.


We are looking for an experienced partnership manager with a track record of leading product partnerships end-to-end, strong business, product, and technical acumen, the ability to work effectively cross-functionally internally and externally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business. This position reports to the VP of Product.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through successful partner-driven deals and upselling opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales and product to develop effective go-to-market strategies for joint product offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with other SaaS companies, technology providers and relevant third-party vendors to enhance the value proposition of our product.
  • Are humble and hungry; you’re willing to get your hands dirty and are open to feedback
  • Negotiation and contracting: Negotiate with potential partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements and work with cross functional team to finalize partnership contracts. Ensure that all terms and conditions align with company goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and reporting skills; can summarize complex issues into succinct problem statements and can provide high-level business commentary to leadership
  • Oscillate easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution.
  • Are a self-starter; you aren’t afraid of failure, have a bias towards action and can thrive in a fast environment
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly analyze and report on the success and impact of each partnership.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to foster collaboration and optimize joint marketing and sales efforts.
  • Product integration: Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless integration of partners solutions into our SaaS platform.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to obsess over every single part of a process, at scale
  • 3+ years' experience in partnerships and/or product operations experience, ideally for a company with multiple products
  • Excellent communication. You can inform, educate, influence and persuade at various levels of the organization, both in written and verbal form
  • Experience working in a SaaS company is strongly preferred
  • Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions
  • Technical savviness. While a technical background is not expected, you should be comfortable with technical topics and able to discuss them with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-Starter Mentality. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects to completion
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively at every level of the organization


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • The annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $110,000 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These ranges are subject to change.
