Product Operations Associate, Lyft Media

As an Operations Associate for Lyft Media’s rooftop & in-car (tablet) product – you will manage product operations, nationwide scaling and fleet maintenance of our rooftop and in-car (tablet) advertising network.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and work closely with Operations Managers to implement them
• Maintain existing markets: identify defective units, coordinate recalls with driver / fleet, manage payments
• Work with our external vendors across hardware, software, and data to ensure we are receiving the best terms and customer support to achieve our business objectives
• Support new market launches: travel on-site for launch sprints, onboard drivers, install hardware
• Support end-to-end operations of our nationwide Rooftop & Tablet advertising fleet – including driver acquisition, vehicle installations, driver & fleet relationships, recalls, hardware maintenance, and inventory management
• Clearly and frequently communicate progress & plans across the broader Lyft Media organization
• Driver Communications: respond to driver support tickets, schedule driver installs and services, recruit drivers to join the Lyft Media platform

Experience:

• Experience with MODE or Tableau (dashboarding) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with rideshare / taxi drivers & fleets preferred
• Experience building processes from scratch & implementing them to solve business problems
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner
• 2+ years in operations, tech strategy & ops, consulting, or a traditional automotive environment

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $102,500- $116,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
