Job Description
A New York City-base entertainment organization has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new Product Manager. In this role, the Product Manager (Remote) will be responsible for developing a robust feature set to support client's Identity and Subscription services.


Responsibilities


The Product Manager (Remote) - Purchase Systems, Identity & Commerce will:


  • Partner with stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Design etc.) to understand workflows, gather use cases, and formulate user stories, towards enhancing platform capabilities and operational productivity
  • Perform other duties, as needed
  • Lead the product vision, prioritization and roadmap for our Purchase Systems, Identity & Commerce services
  • Be the subject matter expert on the Purchase Systems, Identity & Commerce workflows including the backend architecture and micro-services supported
  • Manage the product backlog and collaborate in the sprint development process from planning to release - including bug prioritization, backlog grooming, stand ups, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression and retrospectives
  • Document and solution workflows to support complex, cross platform subscription, user authentication and playback enablement scenarios
  • Align the overarching business and multiple network/brand goals to the features, apps, product, and experience roadmaps
  • Ensure new tools and capabilities seamlessly integrate and scale with existing systems
  • Drive change management through documentation, training sessions, and configuration support
Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and successful delivery of projects on time
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Deep knowledge and experience with backend architecture and competitive landscape of SVOD and OTT services
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality features and scaling internal platform solutions at a global level
  • Passion and deep understanding for metadata, & Over the Top (OTT) industry
  • Highly organized
