TikTok Promote is a lightweight promotion tool that allows users to easily create and run ads on TikTok platform, achieving their business goals. Our mission is to help SMBs grow by introducing and guiding them to use the right solutions offered by TikTok, ultimately helping to grow TikTok’s long-term revenue for the SMB segments.
We are looking for a seasoned product manager who is passionate about online advertising, product management, and empowering small and medium-sized businesses to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record demonstrating strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and decision making in an ambiguous market; with experience supporting Small Business Growth and/or Ad Industry.
Responsibilities

• Keeping up with industry trends, having a deep understanding of the overseas market and SMB customer needs, constantly exploring new marketing methods, and innovating business models.
• Optimizing the product funnel and growth direction, enhancing the product's back-end architecture, and driving the revenue and user growth of TikTok Promote.
• Coordinating with user products, advertising R&D and other related teams, implementing and promoting product solutions, and maximizing the value of the product on the market.
• Designing and improving TikTok Promote product, providing users with a fast and convenient way to advertise on TikTok platform, meeting their business needs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with TikTok platform and products. Have knowledge of the overseas market and SMB customer pain points and needs, innovative thinking and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Relevant work experience and background in Internet product management, online advertising, overseas market, etc preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally with user products, advertising R&D, and other stakeholders on the implementation and promotion of product solutions collaboratively.
• Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize product design and advertising performance based on data indicators, accountable for the revenue and user growth of TikTok Promote.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $204000 - $399600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
