Position description:

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development and ongoing maintenance of the platform technology that supports the products and services offered by the company. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure that the platform technology aligns with business objectives, market needs, and customer requirements

• Work closely with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate this feedback into the product roadmap.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and positioning for the product, and to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with product strategy.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the product, and use this data to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that the user interface and user experience of the product is intuitive and aligned with user needs.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for our product, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and direction.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and direction.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the product meets quality, performance, and scalability requirements.

Requirements

• Passion for technology and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Strong technical background and understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and databases.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
