We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, and providing financial insights to guide our strategic decision-making process.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to guide the company's strategic planning and budgeting processes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong project management and leadership skills
