Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional product pod in solving complex challenges on the B2B side of our business, delivering solutions that delight our partners and customers while driving company growth. Collaborating with product designers and engineers, you'll craft effective products that align with various business constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy. Leveraging data insights and market trends, you'll make informed decisions to ensure our products succeed in a competitive landscape.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role include:


  • Work collaboratively with a product designer and engineers to create solutions that align with the needs and expectations of our partners. Ensure the products are user-friendly and can be feasibly implemented by our engineering team.
  • Spearhead the development of product strategies tailored for our school customers, leveraging insights from market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Align the team's efforts with the broader company vision and objectives.
  • Take ownership of product outcomes, meeting deadlines, and achieving set objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate challenges and ensure successful product launches.
  • Stay attuned to the evolving landscape of the high school athletics and activities landscape, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Utilize this knowledge to make informed decisions that enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to gain insights and feedback for continuous product improvement. Act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.


THE PERSON


  • The ability to craft solutions to complex problems with multiple constraints, using sound judgment and data-informed decision-making
  • A strong understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, or data analyst
  • Engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders
  • Ability to grasp and comprehend various functional aspects of the business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
