We're looking for a Manager, B2B Catering and Gifting Sales to join the team. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by supporting development and execution of programs and processes designed to grow B2B catering and gifting sales for retail stores, as well as lead assigned market sales team members. This includes on-going support through ensuring sales training and selling tools, marketing materials, processes, etc. are up to date and effective in driving results to achieve sales targets throughout the year while maintaining pricing and discount discipline and staying within budget.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:

  • Effective collaborations with Field Leadership Teams, Stores Teams, Operations Team, Marketing, Finance and all HoneyBaked associates to support the needs of the business.
  • Develops and initiates contests to drive gifting and catering sales.
  • Plans, develops and leads the holiday B2B gifting program for the retail store lines of business, as well as sales team members. Works with field leadership to drive improved performance and attainment of gifting goals.
  • Works with marketing and supply chain on packaging improvements related to catering or gifting.
  • Works with product development manager on products relating to gifting or catering.
  • Drives improved performance in the processes, execution and fulfillment of gifting and catering as measured by customer feedback obtained through SMG.
  • Ensures gifting and catering training materials are current.
  • Communicates best practices, as well as sales results on a regular basis to field personnel via conference calls, newsletters and conferences/trainings.
  • Monitors and reports performance to budget at regular intervals throughout the holiday. Identifies possible short falls to the budget and initiates measures to ensure success.
  • Supports vision and long-term strategy for a channel neutral B2B sales presence under the brand. Supports and leads growing HoneyBaked sales through Gifting Value Proposition (avoids selling on price and discounting).
  • Collaborates with ecommerce sales personnel to ensure flawless execution of multi-fulfillment gifting opportunities.
  • Develops and leads a national accounts sales program sourcing and securing national opportunities for fulfillment across multiple channels.
  • Develops and leads the annual catering plan for the B2B sales channel to include holiday gifting, holiday and non-holiday catering, new store opening support and national sales opportunities.
  • Leads training and sales activities, including conference calls, market training classes, making sales calls and visits independently or part of a team effort.
  • Leads, trains and supports assigned Market Sales Leaders (working remote in most instances) to meet and exceed monthly, trimester and annual sales targets. Some overnight travel required (estimated 20% of the time)
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term revenue growth and profitability in both the B2B and catering channels.
  • Participates on teams, task forces or other project groups as requested.
YOUR TRACK RECORD

5+ years in a leadership role with HoneyBaked OR 3 -5 years' experience in direct B2B sales management. Strong leadership ability with demonstrated success in building cohesive teams across multiple disciplines. Strong organizational, presentation and communications skills. Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and develop solutions to new problems. Must possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
