Ready to learn and get hands-on-experience? Jane is looking for a Merchandising Intern to join our team for 12 weeks, beginning on May 15th, 2023. This person will work closely with our Merchandising team and assist them with various tasks and projects. You will be responsible for researching top trends to drive sales and create a fun and unique shopping experience. We are looking for someone passionate about the fashion industry, ambitous in nature, detail-oriented, and team oriented. If you’re currently a student looking for experience in merchandising and eager to learn from a growing eCommerce company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily reports, productivity metrics to ensure product offering is balanced and fits teams objectives
• Analyze data to determine seasonal selling trends
• Research evolving trends, new products, and competition
• Capstone project with end of program presentationfor executive and senior leadership team. Produce and update project status reports and maintain related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully within a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Desire to support and work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starters who are results oriented and intellectually curious
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
