CPL is a bespoke, homegrown platform that combines traditional software with machine learning and predictive aspects; brought together through sophisticated designs that drive scalability, extensibility, and performance. Additionally, we are in the process of migrating to the cloud. We are looking for an experience designer that can help take us to the next generation of usability and aesthetics for the platform and supporting experiences. Designs and develops frameworks, standards & reference material for the experience design.
Designs information architectures that best structure our experience and supplemental content for optimal findability.
Supports user experience research efforts – the team approach and the tools and experiences to drive feedback solicitation, then transforming that into action through persona refinement and experience design.
Uses tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to do their work
Applies knowledge of CVS Health systems, products, and data domains to consult and advise on additional efforts across multiple domains spanning broader enterprise.
Integrates data from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards.
Integrates data and insights into different systems of engagement through established patterns
Collaborates with other technical teams to design and implement best-in-class solutions with both existing and new systems.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 70,000
Maximum: 140,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
1+ years (including schooling) designing and developing digital products
Portfolio of design work to be presented with a focus on digital product or relevant work
Preferred Qualifications
Broad experience with application of design theories, principles, and concepts to a consumer products and services designs.
Broad understanding and experience in designing and implementing research and data collection plans for user experience testing and acceptance.
Reviewing and evaluating designs for alignment with overall product architecture; recommending and implementing changes to designs and technology to improve product quality and overall user experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.
Ability to document and communicate experience ideas and results to all parties in written and verbal form.
Proven ability to create innovative solutions to highly complex experience problems.
Ability to leverage multiple tools that build a portfolio of user experience assets.
Experience building and implementing data transformation and processing solutions. Has in-depth knowledge of large-scale search applications and building high volume data pipelines.
Experience designing GUI and non-GUI user interfaces.
Experience in integration of third-party experiences into product experience in novel ways
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in creative direction, product design, user experience or related discipline.
