What You’ll Be Working On
What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create flows from lo-fi wireframes and interactive prototypes, incorporating stakeholder feedback
• Support research initiatives such as customer interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing
• Support product marketing and external marketing efforts across the organization to ensure consistent design and brand
• Prepare hi-fidelity design specs for handoff, supporting the documentation process for engineering
• Maintain and grow our design system

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills when facing ambiguous situations
• Experience working with Figma, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, Storybook, etc.
• Desire to work in an Agile development environment (Kanban or Scrum)
• Previous experience designing for mobile
• Focus on solving user problems, making data-driven decisions
• Visual Design skills are a plus
• 1-3 years of experience designing mobile and web applications
