Product Delivery/Management (Loss Mitigation)
:
SUMMARY
Manages software life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of Black Knight's Loss Mitigation product within Black Knight's Servicing Technologies division. Serves on an Agile supporting team to define product roadmaps to meet market requirements in support of product strategy initiatives and new product development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions, as needed
  • Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Prepares and product backlog delivery plans. Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs, and retirement plans
  • Practices open and honest communications with all stakeholders. Acts as servant leader to the organization, may mentor guide and advise on the work of others
  • Oversees the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures completion within budget and in accordance with requirements contractual or other
  • Works closely with development teams to review enhancement requests for strategic value and align resources to high priority project
  • Collaborates across the organization to identify and coordinate product dependencies
  • May act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
  • Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product's general strategic direction. Acts as Voice of the customer to articulate value proposition
  • Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings, and internal group meetings
  • Uses knowledge of systems and industry requirements to identify development needs or systems modifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Loss mitigation domain knowledge
  • Requires 3+ years of Agile product owner, business, technical analysis, or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, product marketing, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Collections domain knowledge
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to conduct UAT testing, light configurations and some implementation work
  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Black Knight’s products, services, and capabilities (MSP)
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner across various levels of the organization and varying areas of focus
  • Experience in Azure DevOps and Trello
  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principals used in Lean-Agile framework/development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large and/or complex initiatives
Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range for Colorado residents is: $75,000 - $95,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
