Procurement Specialist Jobs

Our client, a leading point-of-sales software company, is hiring for a Global Procurement Specialist to join their team remotely.

The Global Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the global procurement efforts by managing supplier data and maintenance throughout the procure-to-pay process while working closely with the Accounts Payable Team to resolve payment issues.

***This is a 5-month contract to start with the opportunity for extension/conversion***

***This contract is 100% remote***

Key Responsibilities:

• Update supplier data to support the AP Team in resolving payment issues
• Contribute to other ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
• Support with global vendor registration and maintenance processes
• Validate international tax information and store in OracleCloud
• Manage all supplier onboarding, records, updates and inquiries through OracleCloud in alignment with contract terms

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ticketing and ERP systems
• Minimum of 2+ years of procurement/buyer experience and an understanding of source-to-contract, procure-to-pay and PR/PO lifecycle
• Experience with OracleCloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA and DocuSign preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field preferred
