Desired Skills and Experience *
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contracting.

Insight Global is looking for a Contract & Sourcing Specialist to join one of the world’s leading social networking companies based out of Menlo Park, CA. The Contracts & Sourcing Specialist will work closely with key business partners and cross functional teams to action source-to-pay requests for engineering and information security teams. This position will be located in Menlo Park, CA. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequent tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
• Review stakeholder requirements, triage and track high volume project requests; manage contract and renewal queues, follow up with appropriate teams to close projects.
• Prepare master agreements and related statements of work for professional services and software.
• Negotiate and redline contracts.
• Work with appropriate internal teams to evaluate deals and run RFx events.
• Analyze price proposals, contracts and spend data.
• Prepare rate cards, contract/compliance trackers and other sourcing related process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business activities and contracts comply with internal policies, guidelines, industry laws and regulation.
• Support on other sourcing projects as needed
