Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and experienced procurement specialist to manage the ordering, tracking, returns and refunds for equipment and peripherals for our business and our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Solution & Product Research
  • Qualifying Requests
  • Creating Quotes
  • Internal Product Catalog Maintenance
  • Vendor/Partner Management and Relations
  • Identify, plan, communicate, and implement continuous improvement to the role that eliminates waste, delay, and inaccuracies
  • Ordering and tracking equipment
  • Receiving and logging of equipment
  • Negotiating Profit Margin

We’re looking for a hard-working, responsible, dedicated and most of all, fun-loving person to join our growing team of Employee-Owners! Our ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and passionate about process, procedure and efficiency around technology. In addition to that, they are a details person, someone who doesn’t leave a t un-crossed or an I un-dotted. This person will manage the day-to-day research, identification, negotiation, ordering, tracking and fulfillment of hardware and software that we use ourselves and resell to our clients. We want a go-to people person that others want to go to for help, and the person that is excited to give it. They will also need to be organized, have good follow through, and provide excellent communication to all stakeholders in the mix, including clients, colleagues and also the Director of the department. Lastly, if you love beer, even better! – whether that be Root Beer or a local IPA – because we certainly enjoy ending a successful day with a pour from one of our private taps in our staff pub. Beer not your thing? That’s fine, we’re also really into great coffee and tacos.


Qualifications


  • Experience procuring computer equipment
  • Must be able to exhibit a positive attitude and communicate clearly and effectively, and, most importantly, promote collaboration among the team
  • Familiar with computer hardware
  • Ability to take control of the process and ensure completion of
  • Ability to prioritize your responsibilities and manage your time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level


Hours: Full Time – Monday through Friday


Compensation: Salaried Exempt $55,000 - $70,000 DOE
