About the Opportunity:

Our Client seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player to support the Procurement department:

• Working Knowledge and understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions.
• Negotiate, analyze, and manage contracts throughout the contract lifecycle
• Develop and execute sourcing plans
• Guide and support lines of business and service owners to elicit and understand purchase requirements
• Maintain the procurement plan
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely demand management for our constituents
• Hybrid work environment, contract 40 hours per week
• Understand and support the Procurement Policy
• Procure goods and services as needed for the organization

About You:

• 4 year degree preferred
• Proficient with Google Suite (Email, Calendar, Drive, & Sheets)
• Intimate knowledge of the S/P2P process and experience using ERP systems (Workday) • Working knowledge of the RFx process
• Experience in the finance industry, working in a matrixed environment are preferred and Spanish proficiency is a plus
• 3-5 years demonstrated Procurement/Sourcing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hour shift
