Job Summary

Industry leader, well established and very reputable manufacturer is seeking a promotable Procurement/Negotiations Manager in the Roswell, Ga area.

This is a hybrid opportunity.

This role comes with an excellent compensation plan with a base salary ranging from $85k to $95k plus an annual bonus opportunity. Relocation assistance is also available for candidates willing to relocate.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Constantly look for new suppliers, alternatives, substitutes, etc., (sourcing), in order to get the greatest value for the company
• Carry out analysis to determine compliance with suppliers, contracts, and/or purchase channels based on the reports time lines and scope
• Recommend and support initiatives for continuous improvement
• Support the development of baselines detailed by category and savings delivered
• Support market studies and analysis of suppliers in his/her regional division, including research of industry trends and cost drivers, if necessary
• Obtain and analyze current and historical information on the sourcing process based on specific categories to identify potential opportunities
• Support analytical needs during the sourcing strategy, suppliers' relationship management, management of complaints, and demand processes management
• Support monitoring and management of the suppliers' performance in his/her regional division
• Monitor expenditures and savings in his/her corresponding categories
• Constantly monitor the negotiations carried out, to ensure that the agreed conditions are met during the term of the agreement or contract Education
• Respond to questions and concerns related to his/her categories at reasonable and established times, by properly documenting each answer
• Where applicable, formalize the commercial relationship and purchase terms and conditions through the purchase order and/or contracts
• Negotiate the categories under his/her responsibility in order to get the greatest value for the company.

Educational background: Bachelor's degree Training: Engineering, management or related
