About This Role
Crunchyroll’s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Operations team is searching for an experienced Procurement Manager to run the launch and day to day operations of our Procure To Pay functions! This is a full time role focused on the education, documentation, and management of the Procure To Pay process for Crunchyroll’s global business units.
Responsibilities:

• Develop scorecards and reports that will drive the improved transparency of vendor performance and spend for all business units
• Complete informative seminars and act as the key subject matter authority on all Procurement functions for the business units
• Develop effective communication channels with legal, finance, Accounts Payables and the various Business Units to properly identify and resolve Invoicing and Purchase Order issues
• Complete Quarterly closure of Purchase Orders
• Review and prepare purchase orders, change orders and other contract documents ensuring accurate spend categorization of all Purchase Order spend and commercial terms
• Responsible for leading, documenting, and enforcing Procure To Pay policy and procedures
• Handle vendor setup and performance; enforcing contract terms and disputing inaccurate invoices
• Identify, initiate, and drive the improvements of process and system
• Work with Accounts Payable and Business Units to ensure receipt verification, Purchase Order matching and invoice processing (2 & 3-way matching)

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Procurement experience with indirect/services categories and overall procurement experience
• Experience with ERP and financial systems; including but not limited to accruals and budgeting.
• Great communicator with good interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience managing Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Receipt creation, and Receipt management
• Proficiency in MS office suite and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with the procure-to-pay process and vendor management principles
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or equivalent practical experience

Differentiators

• Experience with Procurement at an international scale
• Experience with Procurement and Sourcing at Tech & Entertainment companies
• Negotiation and RFx experience with Technology, Marketing, Content, and/or E-Commerce agreements
• Experience with Netsuite Procurement Suite

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
