Loan Processing Associate Jobs

Proficient in management of lending/leasing products

Ensure that all credit deals remain compliant with covenant and originally approved conditions, and with bank and regulatory requirements

Undergraduate degree with 3-5 years of experience managing loan/lease products

Experience with loan/lease operating systems (ACBS/Loan IQ and Lease Wave preferred)

Experience with syndicated loan administration

Experience with compliance in a lending area

Maintain current knowledge of issues impacting the program.

At least five years progressive experience in programming related to refugee resettlement, displacement or supporting vulnerable populations.

At least one year experience with sponsorship initiatives.

Experience in US Refugee Admissions Program a strong asset.

Experience in refugee processing or processing of other displaced populations a strong asset.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database platforms

Related library experience, or an equivalent combination of position-related education and experience, required.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy required.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills required.and ability to perform independent problem-solving and decision-making.

Demonstrated effective independent problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Ability to manage duties with flexibility and adaptability as office procedures, processes, and technology change required.

Previous patron service experience in a high-volume library or related setting required.

5+ years of management experience

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

Support senior management in developing, and executing strategic plans

Manage and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your team

Develop an understanding of all procedures and work as a “hands on” manager within your team

Manage daily production reports and staff work volume; adjust assignments to meet fluctuating workloads

Proficient in using productivity tools such as project management software, spreadsheets applications and document management systems.

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to lead multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations or customer service.

Proven experience leading and executing on deliverables.

Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-solver: Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks; collaborating with teams to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence.

Meticulousness and accuracy in documentation

Minimum of two (2) years management experience

Manage the workflow of the processing team centered upon efficiency, timeliness, and quality in efforts toward maximizing the client experience

Communicate with appropriate Director(s) and/or Executive Management on recommendations for improving efficiency, productivity, quality, and associate development

Strong knowledge of business escrow, real estate escrow, and title processes and requirements

Extensive knowledge of the loan process, documentation, requirements, and terminology

Knowledge of all necessary computer applications including, but not limited to, CAFS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, nCino experience strongly preferred

Proficient computer skills, including experience with loan processing software and other relevant tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.

Conduct interviews with customers to gather necessary loan details, ensuring all information is accurately captured and documented.

Generate reports summarizing loan-related data, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the loan processing operations.

Process loan applications, carefully reviewing and verifying all information provided by customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide assistance during loan closings, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
