Job Description
This individual’s primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day outsourced print operations for the Enterprise. Tasks include but are not limited to inventory management, troubleshooting and analysis, supplier performance, job monitoring, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and communicating / building relationships across multiple stakeholders. This position will be a part of the Vendor Operations Management Team within the Enterprise Print & Distribution (EP&D) organization.
The individual’s key responsibilities will include:
Effectively partner with suppliers to ensure quality and service levels are met, including compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations to clients.
Monitor print supplier jobs and escalate missed service level agreements as appropriate
Work with internal teams to resolve production issues that cannot be solved by the vendor alone.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures and assist with cross training as needed
Facilitate and actively participate in meetings, updates, escalations, and requests with key stakeholders.
Inventory management oversight with attention to detail and understanding of business requirements
Provide solutions to business partners and project teams.
Manage competing priorities and meet timelines, effectively communicating updates as appropriate.
Identify opportunities for improvement
Effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with teammates, matrix partners and suppliers employing a customer-centric approach and an analytic mindset with a focus of identifying opportunities to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3 + years of relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working with print suppliers and strong knowledge of operations
Demonstrate a high level of initiative; excel in self-directing and self-pacing
Demonstrates strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills in a virtual environment
Ability to simplify complex processes.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, solve problems and make decisions
Strong planning and organizational skills, including priority setting and time management
Demonstrates strong relationship building and team integration skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong Microsoft application experience – PowerPoint, Excel and Word

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
