Job Description
The Application Development Advisor position will support the Automation Control Center, as well as the Business Process Management and Automation initiative. Supporting BPM/Automation delivery teams in the development of new capabilities, and the Automation Control Center with the utilizing and operationalizing of new capabilities and supporting business processes.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Business Process Management and Automation function. Both with the delivery effort, and the current production application.
Works with Product Owners to define software development needs to enable target process outcomes for quality and efficiency.
Works with delivery teams to design, refine, and deliver new BPM and automated solutions.
Performs testing and work with delivery teams to ensure solutions hit the mark.
Performs detailed analysis and identifies roots cause for process gaps, issues, and opportunities.
Works with new Automation Control Center to drive application and usage of new delivery capabilities.
Partners with operational leads to operationalize and maximize usage of new solutions.
Includes business process design and optimization efforts.
Drives efforts to increase automation quality and volumes.
Crafts new BPM/Automation related user stories, requirements, and other documentation for delivery teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle required.
Experience with C# and Python preferred.
Experience working with provider data preferred.
Experience working in an operational environment.
Solid understanding and experience of provider related systems including HCP Manager and Central Provider File (includes impacts of downstream provider consuming systems and processes).
Experience and understanding of provider related business processes.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Ability to understand current and future technical capabilities and roadmaps, and the ability to speak/translate in both technical and operational terms.
Experience with automating data entry via user simulation approach.
Ability to perform detailed analysis and identify requirements to achieve target outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead sub efforts, including conference calls and meetings to achieve outcomes.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 93,300 - 155,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
