The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Consulting professional from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with experience in delivering and managing commercial strategy, medical affairs, corporate development or clinical development projects.
As part our highly regarded Strategic Consulting team, the Principal role will provide strategic oversight for all client-facing project activities, offering research and analytical support to the client teams, working successfully within our client engagement model.
A key member of the Strategic Consulting management team, the Principal role is responsible for informing the strategic direction of the Envision Pharma Group organization, supporting project staffing and professional development discussions, advancing / continuing the culture, and ensuring continued business growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Effectively manage / coach / mentor / develop junior team members (i.e., Junior Analysts, Analysts, Consultants and Senior Consultants).
- Understand and respond to client needs, collaborating with the project team to plan, manage, and oversee execution of client engagements.
- Actively contribute to the development and growth of the organization's capabilities and service offerings; supplements existing proprietary tools / templates / resources by incorporating learnings from client engagements.
- Selling and delivering, managing a book of business in the range of $1.0 - $1.25M annually.
- Establish strong client rapport, building effective relationships to be the “go-to” point of contact across all projects.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on thought leadership initiatives to enhance firm awareness in the marketplace.
- Lead development of strategic frameworks and recommendations to address strategic client challenges.
- Responsible for generating annual individual sales in the range of $0.5M - $1M.
- Lead proposal development.
- Build and maintain an active network of professional contacts in the biopharma industry.
- Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues at assigned clients.
- Participate in annual performance review processes for their project teams.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at existing and prospective clients.

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, accountable for attracting business with accountability for driving results.
