THE OPPORTUNITY


Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We're looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join the Product Marketing Team focused on our telling our core product narrative.


In this role, you will be leading FIO's GTM strategy for its major releases, and will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to drive high-impact launches, acquire in-depth customer and market feedback to guide business strategy and develop successful programs to get our new products and features to market. This position is ideal for a data-driven, self-starter who is comfortable working on ideation, management, and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals across all paid, owned and earned channels, as well as thoughtful development of various customer journeys.


What You'll Do


  • Develop and drive research to understand customer needs, market opportunity, and establish strategic long term vision for growing the Frame.io business
  • Develop and drive core product marketing strategy for Frame.io, including target market identification, persona development, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Influence the pricing and packaging strategy
  • Influence other business units across Adobe to amplify Frame's releases across the relevant Adobe GTM channels
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to the broader team.


What You Need To Succeed


  • MBA a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the SaaS space
  • Experience developing and implementing extensive go-to-market plans
  • Having experience in video, creative advertising, and field marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing
  • Experience partnering with content marketing, social, growth and paid media teams, and creative studio to implement effective marketing programs


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
