Job Description

Position: Sr. Digital Marketing & Demand Gen Manager

Location: California

Experience: 5+years

Mode: Remote


We are looking for an expert in generating demand with a focus on digital products. They would have worked on creating and running campaigns have consistently delivered high-quality qualified leads to sales. They would have the ability to create, refine and modify programs constantly assessing performance based on data. They would be prolific in working with customers, sales, product, and technology teams in positioning SaaS and cloud platforms with customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent written and oral communicator who can translate technology to business benefits, work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to gain consensus and be able to function effectively in a high-paced environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive all content creation-collateral, social, emails, website content, presentations, and more needed to convey our message to our target customers effectively
  • Work closely with sales to develop and implement key customer acquisition and engagement strategies for every part of the sales cycle.
  • Define customer journey and map needed content to meet market needs.
  • Drive digital initiatives - digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, social media, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management and technical teams to define product/service offerings, messaging, and competitive differentiation to incorporate into the core marketing content.
  • Oversee product messaging, positioning, overall go-to-market strategy, and new product and service planning.
  • Develop a demand generation strategy, internal/external communication, sales enablement, client service support, and channel marketing strategy with the team.
  • Drive demand generation to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Drive development and adherence to brand guidelines and consistent implementation across the company.
  • Implement and manage our marketing tech stack - Zoho, LinkedIn, and other tools as required.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience building performance marketing campaigns from target customer definition to campaign optimization
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building multi-channel demand generation strategy and execution.
  • Excellent analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience marketing software, and/or SAAS products.
  • Experience creating, managing, and reporting on metrics to demonstrate measurable marketing results
  • Experience implementing and managing a marketing tech stack.
  • Experience managing social media presence and building a social following
  • Proven track record of developing and communicating compelling product narratives to diverse audiences, particularly in B2B.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
