Job Description

  • JOB SUMMARY
  • This President is responsible for the effective management and oversight of the Development Foundation and Volunteers. The President of the St. Bernards Development Foundation is responsible for the day to day operation of the Foundation office, staff management, Development budget, and the solicitation of funds and recognition of gifts. The President also serves as a liaison throughout St. Bernards Healthcare as well as a good will ambassador to the community. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience
  • A minimum of five years experience is required.
  • Physical
  • Education
  • Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Uses office machines including data processor. Frequent sitting and walking. Lifting and carrying up to 30lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 10lbs.
  • Should possess a baccalaureate or masters degree in healthcare or business administration. Previous work with boards, committees, and volunteers is preferred.
